At Exodus, We exist To empower leaders & storytellers to create from their purpose.
To produce work that carries weight with genuine impact. We want to see you transform from imitation to authenticity. Exodus 3:12, 2 Corinthians 3:17
It is our mission to craft stories that reveal truth, unlock freedom and amplify your unique identity. Through storytelling, design and film we draw out what you already have and translate it into visuals that move people and glorify truth.
When your identity is in alignment with your calling, you operate at your best and we're here to do that with you.

What we value
Our values exist to guide how we move when the work gets complex or the way forward isn’t immediately clear.
IntentionalityWe Don’t Mimic
We create with purpose. Every decision is guided by a simple question: Does this move the story forward and reveal truth? We slow down to ask better questions, knowing that clarity leads to efficiency. When we work intentionally, we create work that lasts and reflects the unique identity God has placed within each of us.
Luke 14:28, Proverbs 21:5
ExcellenceWe’re All In
We believe excellence is faithfulness, not excess. Rather than comparing ourselves to what others have, we take full account of the resources entrusted to us and steward them with wisdom and intention. Limits don’t diminish excellence; they define it. When we understand what we have, we can use it wisely and pursue excellence without excuse or comparison.
Luke 16:10, Colossians 3:23,
Matthew 25:21
HealthWe plan for rest
We believe health is essential to long-term creativity, because great work isn’t sustained by burnout. Scripture reminds us that we were made to work and to rest, finding joy in both. In a culture that glorifies constant output, we choose to honor the Sabbath and build intentional rhythms of rest. We don’t rest because the work is finished, we rest so the work, and the people creating it, can endure.
Ecclesiastes 3:12–13, Exodus 20:8–10, Exodus 33:14
Thoughtful PlaySee What Happens
We believe thoughtful play opens the door to our most creative work. We create space to experiment, take risks, and share ideas freely, without fear of failure or judgment. Failing isn’t wasted effort; it’s how we learn, refine, and move closer to what’s true. We play with purpose, knowing that when ideas are explored together, the work gets better.
Ecclesiastes 11:4, Proverbs 27:17
RelationshipFeedback Builds Trust
We believe our best work and our vision is fulfilled through relationship. We are committed to our clients and collaborators for the long haul, creating space for honest conversations, clarity, and respect. We invest in people and we don't avoid hard conversation. By understanding people before projects, we create with greater freedom, alignment, and impact.
Matthew 18:15-20, Proverbs 1:5,
James 1:19
UnityTrue North
Unity begins with clarity. When the vision is clear and the direction is set, each creator can confidently play their role, making decisions that serve the whole, not just their part. Unity is not compromise, negotiation, or manipulation. It is shared direction. When we are aligned, momentum follows. When everyone involved is aligned with the same direction, the work reaches its intended destination.
Amos 3:3, 1 Corinthians 12:12,
Philippians 2:2
